Todd spent Memorial Day working on our sprinklers. Lily and I spent most of the day inside the house. After she woke up from her nap she wanted to go outside to see Daddy. When we got out there she went straight for the dirt. I managed to keep her out of it for a while. Two of the neighbors came over to talk and before I knew it Lily looked like this!!! Since she was already a mess, I just let her keep playing. As the three of us watched Lily eating the mud like it was chocolate pudding, the neighbors told me that I was such a patient mom. The truth is..I really didn't want to clean her up. I tried to talk Todd into helping, but he was "busy" with the sprinklers. I can't wait to get grass in our yard!
