Lily has always been completely smitten by dogs! She cannot seem to get enough of them! We have even gone so far as to download pictures on the computer for her to look at every day. Lily's favorite little dog is my parent's dog, Max. When we go to Grandma and Grandpa's house one of the things she is most excited about is seeing Max-dog. Up until recently, Max and Lily didn't really get along so great. She pulled his hair and chased him and he hated every minute of it. A few months ago Lily started to feed Max her snacks and ever since then they have been buddies. Last week, we went on a Sunday walk. We let Lily hold the leash and she was so excited! She did such a great job. She walked at his pace, stopped when he needed to pee, and only let go of the leash a couple of times. Lily walked Max around the entire block all by herself! It was so adorable!! I think it is only a matter of time before she starts asking for a dog of her own!

how cute! my kids would be having a heart attack being that close to a dog. adorable!
