My little bookworm...
Lily has always loved reading books. When she was younger, she would request certain books over and over until she had all of the words memorized. She has a real talent for memorization and she can still recite most of those books. It is so cute to see her "read" books to Owen now. There have been several mornings in the past few weeks I have come in to find Owen's crib filled with books and the two of them are sitting in there reading together. Right now, her favorite stories are Disney and princess stories. I love that she enjoys her books so much!

Jeni, you are infinitely talented. Amazing! You totally captured her love for reading in a fun and inspiring way. Now you just need a whole library to hang all of those cute pictures in!
I love the one of her laying on top of her books. So cute!
I love it! Kids who are engaged in reading and surrounded by text become readers. It's crazy. The more she is exposed to familiar books, the greater her fluency and comprehension skills will be when she starts reading all on her own. Kudos to you for fostering a love for reading!
P.S. Those pictures should be in Barnes and Noble or something. You are amazing!
She is getting so big! I love the pictures. We will have to work on Levi's one year at the cabin...you help me??
