These are two of my favorite Lily pictures from the past two days. The weather has been so gorgeous so we have been spending a lot more time outdoors. Yesterday, I pulled out the jogging stroller and we went for a little run. When we got home Lily asked for an apple. I handed her a whole apple and told her that I would cut it up for her as soon as I finished unloading the dishwasher. Next thing I knew, she was eating the apple all on her own! She actually ate quite a bit of it. I was really impressed! Every time that we have been outside lately the neighborhood kids have been out riding their bikes. Lily has been fascinated by the bikes. So, when we were at Target today we looked at the children's bikes. We actually found a tricycle with no pedals! It was perfect, so we had to buy it. When we came home, we took it out the driveway to test it out. Lily loves it! The neighbor kids were coming over to ride around with her and it was cute to see her so proud of her own bike!

she looks so cute! it's amazing how good kids can be at eating apples. i'm glad she's got a little thing to scoot around on....it's a must for every kid.
