Every day we drive out to the house we have seen changes. They have even been working on Saturdays lately. We went out there on Friday and the stucco was painted, the inside painting is finished, the light fixtures were up, and the cabinets are in. It is kind of fun because we have totally forgotten what the things we chose look like.
We drove out again on Sunday and they had laid all of the tile in the bathrooms and in the entry way. The house is finally starting to look like a place we can live in. The date is still December 22nd, so it looks like we're probably getting an early Christmas present.
